Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for Social/ Statutory compliance.

• To comply with the unit as per the buyer's code of conduct.

• SLCP Gateway, FSLM module assessment review/follow-up for validation.

• Audit reports and MIS. (Weekly/Monthly)

• Manpower planning & budgeting
• Liaising with Government Bodies (for licensing & renewal of NOC, Certification & inspection.
• Liaising with Pollution Control Board for licensing & renewal of NOC, Certification & inspection.

• Recruitment Monitoring & control

• Policy framing & implementation
• Monitoring & Controlling Administration.

• Coordination & monitoring of admin project work

• Counseling of the workmen, motivation & team building
• IR & Grievance handling.
• Disciplinary Action & Counseling.
• Coordination of performance review & appraisal.

• Contractor Compliance & Monthly Audit & MIS.

• Monitoring Corporate social responsibility
• Group Mediclaim/ Insurance of Staff

Supervision, Control & review of team Performance.
