Deputy Manager

Purpose/Objective

The Engineer – O&M (Solar) is responsible for endtoend operations and maintenance of solar power plants, ensuring optimal plant performance, safety, compliance, and cost efficiency. The role focuses on achieving AGELdefined KPIs (PR, CUF, PA, GA) while strictly adhering to SAPdriven processes, safety standards, ESG commitments, and regulatory requirements.

Operational Excellence – Solar Plant O&M- Execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Breakdown Maintenance as per approved schedules - Monitor plant performance through SCADA / PPC systems - Ensure achievement of Performance Ratio (PR), CUF, Plant Availability (PA), Grid Availability (GA) - Supervise module cleaning, inverter maintenance, string health, DC/AC system upkeep, and BoP activities - Ensure timely SAP PM notifications, workorder execution, and closures[O&M JD | Word] 2. Safety, Health & Environment (HSE)- Achieve Zero Accidents and Zero Lost Time Injury (LTI) - Conduct toolbox talks, safety trainings, mock drills, and site safety inspections - Close safety observations within defined timelines - Ensure compliance with MAAS, IMS, ESG, and statutory safety norms[O&M JD | Word] 3. Asset & Maintenance Management (SAPBased)- Maintain asset master, spares, calibration records, and equipment history in SAP - Plan and execute statutory inspections, testing, and calibration activities - Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) for recurring issues - Maintain documentation for internal, external, and regulatory audits

Qualifications and Experience
