Deputy Manager Service

As a Service Accounts Manager, your role involves overseeing the maintenance and servicing of installed systems, addressing customer requests and complaints, and leading the maintenance team. Your key responsibilities include: - Carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance and servicing of JC installed systems - Attending to customer requests and complaints regarding system operations, working conditions, and repairs - Leading the maintenance team for the site handled - Carrying out planned systems checks, auxiliary devices checks, and system sensors calibration - Rectifying all problems detected during preventive maintenance and providing reports of findings - Generating timely service & ACMV reports for customers - Attending to non-contract request calls and breakdown calls - Supervising sub-contractors as required - Assisting the immediate supervisor in identifying Variation Orders through identified repairs required and system enhancement options Your performance will be measured based on your ability to quote and understand the local market well. In terms of relationships, you will be working closely with team members and the account manager. Qualifications and skills required for this role include: - At least 5 years of HVAC experience, preferably in Industrial Refrigeration - Good command of English and communication skills - Strong supervisory skills - Proficiency in computer skills, such as Microsoft Windows & Office - Willingness for local traveling - Established network of customers and suppliers contacts If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them for further insights.,
