Deputy Manager Service

As a Service Accounts Manager, your role will involve overseeing the maintenance and servicing of JC installed systems. You will be responsible for attending to customer requests and complaints, leading the maintenance team, and ensuring the proper operation of systems and auxiliary devices. Your primary responsibilities include: - Carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance and servicing of JC installed systems - Addressing customer requests and complaints related to system operations, working conditions, and repairs - Leading the maintenance team for the site handled Your duties will also include: - Conducting planned systems checks to ensure proper operations - Checking auxiliary devices for proper operations - Calibrating scheduled system sensors - Rectifying problems detected during preventive maintenance and providing reports - Generating timely service and ACMV reports for customers - Attending non-contract request calls and breakdown calls - Supervising sub-contractors when required - Assisting the immediate supervisor in identifying Variation Orders for repairs and system enhancements Key Performance Indicators for you will be your ability to quote accurately and understand the local market well. In terms of relationships, you will work closely with team members and account managers.
