Job Purpose
This position will manage the inbound and outbound campaigns for Sal PL Prime. The person will be responsible to drive higher feed to the Call Center fro increasing overall business volume.Culture Anchor:Work Hard - Consistently puts in effort. plans and tracks daily progress to achieve targetsExecute with Rigor - Takes responsibility for meeting targets with focus and effortOwn It - Maintains honesty and fairness in all interactions in line with organizations policiesAct with IntegrityDuties and Responsibilities

Managing Inbound and Outbound Campaigns for Sal PL Prime Call Centers

Achieving feed targets and managing campaign waterfall metrics

Liase with COE and Marketing to execute campaigns

Monitor & measure key conversion, productivity & data penetration metrics

Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Good experience of MS Excel

Functional understanding of UNICA and Salesforce

Excellent communication skills.

Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter
