Deputy Manager-QC-Finishes- Hotel Project

Job Title- Deputy Manager - Finishes (QC)

Location- Bengaluru (Devanahalli)

Working hours- 9:00 am 6:00 pm

Working days- Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday working.

Job Responsibility-

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site quality inspections for Interior works such as flooring, tiling wall panelling, false ceiling, cased goods, Mill works and Loose furniture and FFE.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, codes, and standards
• Inspect materials delivered to the site for compliance with approved Material Approval Requests (MARs) and technical specifications.
• Assist the planner in implementing sequencing of works and Hand Over &Take Over of areas between various contractors
• Review of factory finished works in know down stage and compare it with the shop drawings
• Implement Quality Control procedures, ITPs. MIRs and work WIRs on site
• Maintain detailed inspection reports, test results, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective action records.
• Work closely with site engineers, project managers, and contractors to address quality-related concerns.
• Participate in client, consultant, and internal quality review meetings.
• Support in preparing monthly quality reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in training site staff on best practices for construction quality control.

Required Experience

Diploma, / B.E. in Civil Eng. or B Arch. Or Certification course in Interior Design

Min 5 ~ 7 years of experience in construction management and site execution of interior fitout works

Ability to read ID drawings and details including vendor shop drawings

Exposure in working with contracting firms, and project management organizations for a high-end fitout

works, from start till completion

Experience in working for a hotel project will be preferred

Required Skills & Qualification

Good interpersonal and leadership skills,

Eye for detail in hard finishes and knowledge of various finishing materials will be a plus

Good communication skills.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, MS Projects

Knowledge of MS Project is a plus
