Deputy Manager- Product

About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Deputy Product Manager to lead the design,

development, and delivery of innovative web products at Authbridge. The ideal candidate

will have a strong background in frontend technologies, UI/UX design, and a proven ability

to translate user needs into actionable product features.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle: from ideation, requirement gathering, and roadmap planning to launch and post-launch optimization.

• Collaborate closely with design, frontend development, and engineering teams to build intuitive, user-centric web products.

• Analyze user behavior, gather insights from customer feedback, and drive product improvements accordingly.

• Define clear product requirements (PRDs), user stories, and success metrics.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

• Prioritize features based on business goals, technical feasibility, and user impact.

• Work in an agile environment with rapid iteration and feedback loops.

Required Skills Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in Web-based products, Mobile App or SaaS.

• Strong understanding ofUI/UX principles.

• Proven track record of working closely with design teams to ship pixel-perfect interfaces.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.

• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM from areputed institution.

• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced product company.

• Knowledge of tools like Figma, Jira, Confluence, and prototyping tools.
