Urgent Position

Looking for Early Joiners

• Regular monitoring of pending order in hand, production planning, failure against planning and FG transfer.

• Monitoring of each plant productivity (Production, Wastage, and Quality).

• Tracking from input to output on daily basis (RM to FG transfer, Work order wise).

• Coordinating with all the departments in the plant regarding effective utilization of all resources (4M).

• In depth knowledge of SAP PP/WM/MM Module (Must), to ensure all operations through SAP.

• Analysis of month wise last year business trend and making planning for the same month based on opening stock of input and FG

• Inventory management of RM, WIP and FG.

• Proactive coordination with marketing and business requirements.

• Providing regular feedback to marketing for the stock available in the plant for liquidation.

• Making production plan based on the Make To Order and Make To Stock as per past business trend.

• Ensuring ISO compliance's as per departmental checklist

• Coordinate with Purchase team for Raw Material

• Coordinate with other units for trading item

• Dispatch plan to be given to Logistics and Dispatch team

• Liquidation of non-moving stocks.

• Timely submission of monthly MIS to management as per schedule
