Job Purpose "This position is open with Bajaj finance limited" Responsible for performing audits of Operations & Customer service processes as per audit calendar. Duties and Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities Perform concurrent testing within Operations basis checklist Review data, sample cases (scanned/physical) for accuracy of information Report exceptional cases on set frequencies Publish daily/weekly/monthly dashboards Ensure closure of observations Required Qualifications and Experience Required Qualifications and Experience 1 - 3 years of relevant experience with CA/ MBA finance or equivalent Knowledge of Operations processes and systems Experience in excel data analysis and Power point Positive attitude and team player
