Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Monitoring of daily operational activities.
Resolution of queries from Clients / Branches / Business Partners.
Coordination with different departments/Vendors and ensuring timely processing of trade transactions.
Performing User Acceptance Testing of System developed and ensuring technical issues are resolved.
Resolving the audit queries and ensuring closure of audit observations
Handling the exceptional queries with due care and attention
Suggest and improvise the existing processes to strengthen and improve TAT
Reporting Issues to OPC.
Mutual fund order rejection reason analysis.

Preferred candidate profile

Working knowledge of the mutual fund back office operations.
Analytical and logical
Good market understanding and well networked in the market
Complete knowledge about the transactions / products he and his team is handling.
