Deputy Manager- MEP Design

As a candidate for the role, you should meet the following qualifications and responsibilities: Qualifications: - Minimum B.E. / B. Tech (Mechanical) / Diploma in Mechanical with 3 years of experience - Core MEP Design Experience of 9 to 12 years (For DM) & 6 to 9 years (for AM) in Mechanical services - Good understanding of local and international design standards, code & local authority requirements - Sound knowledge of various design calculations related to Mechanical services - Experience in Space planning, schematic design of systems, and LIFTS traffic analysis - Proficiency in working with HAP software and knowledge of other relevant software - Macro / Coordination level understanding of other services such as ELECTRICAL & ELV SERVICES, FA SYSTEM, PA SYSTEM, etc. - Good coordination skills with relevant stakeholders for approvals and follow-ups - Active participation in meetings and discussions with valid inputs - Preparation & updating of tracker, design compliance reports, etc. Responsibilities: - Monitor and control project deliverables from consultants and contractors - Manage internal & external stakeholders - Prepare micro-schedules for deliverables - Review consultant invoices and variation claims - Manage resources for in-house working - Motivate the team to complete projects effectively and timely - Technically efficient in managing queries - Good communication and decision-making skills - Team player with a positive approach to change - Proficient in Auto CAD, MS Word, Excel, and Power Point Additional Advantage: - Experience and knowledge in Electrical & ELV system At Godrej Properties Limited, diversity is a core value, and they believe in the importance of having a diverse team to innovate better and grow faster.
