1.Managing project operations effectively.
2. Coordinating with all Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs).
3. Tracking project schedules and costs to ensure they remain on target.
4. Conducting Gap Analysis to identify areas for improvement.
5. Generating regular project reports.
6. Facilitating the timely completion of tasks while adhering to quality and budget constraints.
7. Defining project milestones and deliverables clearly.
8. Monitoring the progress of product development activities.
9. Developing and maintaining a detailed project schedule.
10. Collaborating with Regulatory Affairs (RA) to track filing timelines.
11. Preparing Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and following up on action items with stakeholders.
12. Creating corporate presentations (PPTs) as needed.
13. Coordinating with Business Development (BD) to understand target markets and portfolio objectives, ensuring timely completion of related tasks.
