Job Description

The position will be responsible for effective Project -Coordination &Execution of ECN /DR in the line and conducting trial same with Budget provided, Quality expectation ,and meeting timelines for New product cycle in Engine Domain and Component Domain

Role & responsibilities

To conduct the line feasibility for new model, prepare list of new requirements.
Taking trials and closure of Engineering Documents To prepare the project plan &execution.
To prepare PPAP document for new DR & ADR also.(ECN) and conducting trial as per ECN and closure of the same
Follow up with different stake holders for implementing ECN Conducting meeting and alignment with each respective department Selection of Machine, Equipment, Design Approval Process (DAP) & set up for new product.
Understanding DFA(Design for Assembly) Develop the assembly Line Jig, Fixture & gauges.
Making of PFD, PFMEA, CP and SOPand Ensuring Implementation at the shop floor Process Design for the New Products.
Layout design & Execution as per process requirement. All line trial for assembly line for the new product development.
Line Balancing. Activity sheet development ,Understanding of SWC Conducting process audits; reviewing existing processes and re-designing the same for enhancing operational efficiency.
Discuss with supplier for the requirement, Negotiation & Purchase.
