Job Description

Position: Deputy Manager (Sales-Packaging Board- WZ). Objective of the Position: To manage and grow business in allocated territory for packaging board Business. Serving as the primary point of contact for wholesalers and customers in the area. Responsible for coordination with Mill Teams & cross-functional efforts to meet customer needs and business targets. The role is focused to maintain good relationship with customers, identify new business opportunities, and achieve desired targets. Role & responsibilities 1.Sales & Business development in the allocated territory 2.Day to Day coordination with Wholesalers and Mill Team 3.Strong Customer relationship 4.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Paperboard Products 5.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making. 6.Maintain records and timely commercial settlements of wholesalers and customers Preferred candidate profile 1.Good Communication Skills 2.Good Business Acumen along with Technical Knowledge of Packaging Board 3.Proactive approach & Problem solver 4.Customer Centric Approach 5.Team Player
