Deputy Manager - Industrial/Launch

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the industrialization of the new P1 project. Your key role will involve improving production efficiency in terms of both machine and direct labor within your designated area. Additionally, you will be required to capitalize on and share industrial process know-how in your domain, participate in the design of new equipment and lines, and lead Lean design workshops. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the introduction of production equipment using IPROM - Monitor the development of equipment or assembly lines with the supplier - Design small tools and validate supplier proposals - Define acceptance criteria for new equipment or lines - Perform pre-acceptance and acceptance of equipment - Conduct trials on the lines and deliver reports - Develop action plans and follow up to ensure readiness for FDPR - Perform and/or collect capabilities of equipment and processes - Set up equipment and propose a PROCESS VALIDATION PLAN - Participate in PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN processes - Monitor QCDM and propose improvements for mass production - Evaluate equipment performance and focus on optimization - Work on reducing cycle time to optimize investments, material, and labor costs - Update routing on the information system with SPV validation - Support production technicians through training, analysis, and problem-solving - Maintain contact with suppliers for improvement and support - Participate in SPV and APU QRQC workshops - Validate PG RAISE and CdC standards created by Standard Owners - Validate any proposed changes to standards by sites - Apply and promote standards (PG, sites, or corporate) within your domain - Apply the SPV rules for environmental safety - Ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures of Valeo Group - Maintain 5S standards and report any issues - Alert for any safety rules infringement Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of industrial processes and equipment - Experience in production efficiency improvement - Knowledge of Lean design principles - Ability to work with suppliers and validate proposals - Proficiency in conducting trials and delivering reports - Familiarity with PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN processes - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Commitment to safety and environmental procedures - Attention to detail and ability to optimize production processes and costs,
