As an Industrialization Engineer, your role involves leading the industrialization of the new P1 product, improving production efficiency, and sharing industrial process know-how within your domain. Your responsibilities also include managing the introduction of production equipment using IPROM, collaborating with suppliers for equipment development, and designing small tools for validation. You will define acceptance criteria for new equipment, conduct pre-acceptance and acceptance processes, and perform trials on production lines while preparing action plans for production readiness. Key Responsibilities: - Manage production equipment introduction using IPROM - Follow equipment and assembly line development with suppliers - Design small tools and validate supplier proposals - Define acceptance criteria for new equipment or lines - Conduct pre-acceptance and acceptance of equipment - Perform trials on production lines and deliver reports - Develop action plans and follow up for production readiness - Set up equipment and propose PROCESS VALIDATION PLAN - Participate in PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN processes In addition to industrialization tasks, you will monitor quality, cost, delivery, and morale (QCDM) metrics to propose improvements, optimize equipment performance, and reduce cycle times. You will also update routing information systems with SPV validation, support production technicians through training and problem-solving, and collaborate with suppliers for continuous improvement. Standardization tasks include validating standards, promoting adherence to standards within your domain, and applying SPV rules. Your role will involve capitalizing and sharing industrial process know-how, participating in the design of new equipment and lines, as well as leading Lean design workshops. In terms of industrialization, you will manage the introduction of production equipment using IPROM, oversee the development of equipment and assembly lines with suppliers, design small tools, validate supplier proposals, and define acceptance criteria for new equipment and lines. You will also conduct pre-acceptance and acceptance of equipment, perform trials on the lines, deliver reports, develop action plans for readiness for FDPR, and collect capabilities of equipment and processes. Additionally, you will set up equipment, propose PROCESS VALIDATION PLAN, and participate in PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN processes. During mass production, your responsibilities will include monitoring QCDM, proposing improvements, evaluating equipment performance, focusing on optimization, working on cycle time reduction, updating routing on the Information system with SPV validation, supporting production technicians through training and problem-solving, engaging with suppliers for improvement and support, participating in SPV workshops, and contributing to APU QRQC initiatives. You will also play a key role in standardization by validating PG RAISE and CdC standards established by Standard Owners, approving any proposed changes to standards by sites, promoting and applying standards (PG, sites, or corporate) within your domain, and adhering to SPV rules. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Safety and Environmental procedures of the Valeo Group, maintaining 5S standards, reporting any issues, and alerting for safety rule infringements.,
