Deputy Manager - Industrial/Launch

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the industrialization of the new P1, improving production efficiency in your perimeter, capitalizing and sharing industrial process know-how, participating in the design of new equipment and lines, and leading Lean design workshops. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the introduction of production equipment using IPROM - Follow the development of equipment or assembly lines with suppliers - Design small tools and validate supplier proposals - Define acceptance criteria for new equipment or lines - Perform pre-acceptance and acceptance of equipment - Conduct trials on lines and deliver reports - Develop action plans and follow up to be ready for FDPR - Perform and/or collect equipment and process capabilities - Set up equipment and propose process validation plans - Participate in PFMEA and control plans - Monitor QCDM and propose improvements for mass production - Optimize equipment performance and cycle time reduction - Update routing on the Information system with SPV validation - Support production technicians with training, analysis, and problem-solving - Maintain contact with suppliers for improvement and support - Participate in SPV workshops and APU QRQC activities - Validate PG RAISE and CdC standards created by Standard Owners - Validate proposed changes to standards by sites - Apply and promote standards in your domain - Apply SPV rules - Ensure compliance with Safety and Environment procedures of Valeo Group - Maintain 5S standards and report any issues - Alert for safety rule infringements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field - Previous experience in industrialization and production efficiency improvement - Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment - Familiarity with safety and environmental procedures (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description.)
