Deputy Manager - GL Risk
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Managing risk in gold loan by ensuring collateral quality and processes are as per defined standards in the allocated region. Duties and Responsibilities

Branch visits for gold verification.

Reappraising gold purity, weight, and content of ornaments pledged at branch.

Preparing monthly reports by consolidating observations.

Preparing initial plan for next month's branch coverage.

Conducting online audit of gold loan LANs.

Gauging levels of financial risk within the organization by visiting branches.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualifications: Minimum Graduate

Work Experience: 1-3 years experience in gold loan assaying role, either with a competitor or internally.
