Deputy Manager - Fixed Assets

As a part of Altius, a leading telecom infrastructure platform in India, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Fixed Assets Register. Your role will involve working knowledge of IGAAP/IFRS reporting, preparing fixed assets schedules and reports, and providing detailed reports for management review. You will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in Excel/Power-Point and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders/auditors during assets-related reviews. Your key responsibilities will include compliance with internal controls related to asset management, suggesting process improvements, and supporting budget and forecasting activities by providing accurate asset-related information. You will work closely with the SCM/Finance team to ensure proper recording and tracking of assets, adhering to statutory requirements, accounting standards, and company policies regarding asset management. Additionally, you will be responsible for timely recording of acquisitions, disposals, retirements, and inter-unit transfers, as well as preparing MIS reports on assets utilization, depreciation, and disposal for management decision-making. Your role will play a key part in safeguarding company assets and ensuring accurate financial reporting of fixed assets. To be successful in this role, you should be a Chartered Accountant with at least 2 years of work experience.
