Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team as an Executive Assistant in the IT Services & Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide executive-level support to senior management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Develop and implement effective administrative processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events with precision and attention to detail.
Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Analyze data and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in executive assistance or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of office administration, including calendar management and correspondence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
