Deputy Manager - Debt Management Services - Rural
Job Purpose
The Debt Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the recovery of overdue payments on loans or credit accounts. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections target by visiting customers or agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Case-to-case tracking.

Resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management.

Debt collection strategy.

Target achievement.

Regulatory compliance.

Reporting and analysis.

Risk management.

Team leadership.

Vendor management.

Coordinating with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in achieving collections targets by visiting customers or agencies.

Ability to monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Knowledge of legal guidelines related to repossession of products.

Experience in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Strong reporting skills on collection activities and performance.

Ability to handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Experience in Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.

Skill in developing and implementing strategies to improve collection rates.

Experience in case-to-case tracking and resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management expertise.

Strong debt collection strategy skills.
