Deputy Manager- CSR

You will be responsible for creating, designing, implementing, and overseeing CSR/CER Employee volunteering programs that align with corporate values and community needs. Your role will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize social impact initiatives and opportunities. Additionally, you will coordinate and manage volunteer events to ensure they run smoothly and effectively engage participants. Building and maintaining relationships with non-profit organizations, community groups, and other stakeholders to enhance CSR efforts and reach of the Employee society relationships will be a key aspect of your job. You will also nurture Employee participation in community events and represent the company positively. Furthermore, you will be expected to develop communication strategies to promote CSR volunteering opportunities to employees and project the same to internal and external stakeholders. Organizing training and informational sessions to educate employees about social responsibility and volunteerism will also fall under your responsibilities. Tracking and reporting on the impact of CSR and employee volunteering initiatives, including metrics and outcomes, will be crucial. You will prepare regular reports for management to highlight achievements and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications: - Masters in social work (MSW)/MA Sociology Experience: - 5-8 years+ of experience in CSR or Community Relations project management domain from corporates.,
