Deputy Manager - Concept Designing (Visual Merchandising)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for all store MPM Planogram, including MPM (Merchandise Presentation Method), signs, interior displays, floor plans, and special promotions displays. It is crucial to act in alignment with the organization's culture, products, styling, image, and target market. Collaborating closely with the Execution team, you will ensure a seamless coordination between the Buyer and Merchandising team. Your role will also involve having a good understanding of product planning, MPM-Planogram, store layouts with 3D/2D elevation, and NSO-New Store Openings. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all store MPM Planogram activities. - Create and implement MPM, signs, interior displays, floor plans, and special promotions displays. - Collaborate effectively with the Execution team. - Ensure coordination between the Buyer and Merchandising team. - Stay updated on current visual merchandising trends and best practices. - Utilize tools such as CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and MS Office for visual design. - Develop design concepts for merchandise display, planograms, layouts, and retail fixtures. - Demonstrate creativity and innovation in your approach. - Utilize your experience in field visual merchandising to enhance merchandise presentation, signs, interior displays, and space utilization. - Showcase your proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser or Visual Manager based from Company Head Office. - Exhibit strong organizational skills, self-management abilities, and goal-setting skills. Qualifications Required: - Experience: 6 to 8 years in a similar role. - Education: PG/Graduate from a reputed Retail Management/Design Management Institute. - Key skills: Proficiency in CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and MS Office. Solid understanding of design concepts, merchandise display, planograms, layouts, and retail fixtures. Strong retail merchandising portfolio showcasing visual design skills.
