Deputy Manager - Concept Designing (Visual Merchandising)

You will be responsible for all store MPM Planogram, including merchandise presentation method, signs, interior displays, floor plans, and special promotions displays. Your role involves acting in alignment with the organization's culture, products, styling, image, and target market. Collaboration with the Execution team will be a key aspect of your work. You should have a good understanding of product planning, MPM-Planogram, store layouts with 3D/2D elevation, and NSO-New Store Openings. Coordination between the Buyer and Merchandising team will also be under your purview. With 6 to 8 years of experience and a PG/Graduate degree from a reputed Retail Management/Design Management Institute, you will bring the following key skills and attributes to the role: - Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices. - Proficiency in CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, MS Office, or other visual design tools. - Good knowledge in design and concept merchandise display, planogram, layouts, retail fixture, story concept, and overall ambience of the store. - Creative and innovative thinking abilities. - Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including merchandise presentation, signs, interior displays, and space utilization. - Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser or Visual Manager based at the Company Head Office. - Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio. - Good organizational, self-management, and goal-setting skills.,
