Job Description

As a Sales Executive for the entire West Bengal region, your role involves extensive field coverage and occasional cold calling to enhance sales. You will be responsible for initiating partnerships with dealers and brokers while actively managing existing relationships. Your main focus will be on following up on the closure of orders to ensure smooth transactions. Key Responsibilities: - Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts - Coordinate with company personnel to meet partner performance objectives and expectations - Collaborate with partner sales resources to sell through partner organizations to end-users - Manage potential channel conflicts by maintaining excellent communication internally and externally and strictly adhering to channel rules of engagement - Achieve assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts Qualifications Required: - Graduate As a full-time employee, you will be expected to dedicate your time to these responsibilities.
