Deputy Manager - CD - Growth North & East
Job Purpose
Drive sustainable business growth by leading dealer relationships and achieving monthly sales targets in consumer durable finance. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets for consumer durable products.

Lead a team of off-roll employees to effectively service the customer and ensure customer and dealer satisfaction.

Identify and onboard new dealers to expand the company's presence in the market.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in all dealer operations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Set performance targets and provide regular feedback to off-roll teams.

Ensure engagement of Field Officers (FOS) and maintain low attrition rates among off-roll employees.

Offer training and support to team members (off-roll) to help them manage their daily tasks effectively.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Proven ability to achieve daily and monthly sales targets for consumer durable products.

Experience in leading and managing a team of off-roll employees, ensuring customer and dealer satisfaction.

Expertise in identifying and onboarding new dealers to grow market presence.

Strong understanding of compliance with company policies and regulations in dealer operations.

Ability to build and maintain strong dealer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

Experience in setting performance targets and providing regular feedback to teams.

Track record of engaging Field Officers (FOS) and maintaining low attrition rates among off-roll staff.

Capability to train and support team members (off-roll) for effective daily task management.
