Job Description

Key Deliverables:

Provide financial insights and support to specific business units
Develop financial plans alongside business and technology teams using a bottom-up approach
Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights for effective decision-making
Own and track key financial and business metrics for respective business units
Lead standardization and automation projects to improve process efficiency

Role Responsibilities:

Jointly own OKRs for business units and build AOP to achieve them
Conduct month-end reviews, adjustments, and financial reporting
Handle ad hoc requests, problem-solving, and scenario analysis for business initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align financial strategies and operations
