Deputy Manager Accounts

As a Deputy Manager of Accounts (Accounts Receivable) at our Alkapuri, Vadodara location, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. This includes overseeing credit control, general ledger scrutiny, and debtor reconciliations. You will also be tasked with preparing various MIS reports such as debtor ageing, DSO, and receivable cycles. One of your key duties will be to ensure timely collection and follow-up with clients for outstanding dues while collaborating with internal teams and auditors on AR-related matters. To excel in this role, you should possess a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree along with an MBA in Finance or equivalent postgraduate qualification. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Accounts Receivables and related domains. Proficiency in SAP (SD Module) is essential, as well as advanced skills in MS Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and dashboards. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are also vital for success in this position. In terms of software skills, expertise in SAP SD Module is mandatory, while advanced knowledge of MS Excel is considered essential. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Vadodara, Gujarat.
