As an Accountant based in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for a variety of key tasks including invoicing/e-invoicing, GST returns filing, TDS return filing, preparing expense vouchers, petty cash handling, and assisting the accounts head in maintaining books, reconciliations, and the annual close process. To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of accounting regulations and procedures. Hands-on experience with GST invoicing software such as Zoho and accounting software like Tally or QuickBooks is essential. Additionally, proficiency in Excel with skills in vlookup, pivot tables, etc., will be advantageous. Your keen attention to detail and accuracy will ensure the precision of your work.
