Deputy Head of Department Electrical EPC Oil & Gas

You are being offered a leadership role in the India operations of a globally recognized EPC multinational that specializes in industrial engineering and construction, particularly in the oil and gas sector. This role is based in Bangalore and will involve overseeing a team of over 200 individuals engaged in electrical works for major international projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the operational activities of the electrical departments in India and the Middle East - Ensure timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality project deliveries - Drive training, talent development, and performance metrics within the department - Uphold safety, technical, and quality standards in all work - Collaborate with global teams and promote continuous improvement initiatives **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 20 years of experience in managing electrical teams for large-scale international EPC projects - Essential Electrical Engineering degree - Proven track record in internal and shop expediting - Experience working with ARAMCO or other Middle Eastern clients - Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; SAP experience preferred - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for vendor visits If you meet the specified requirements and possess relevant experience in the EPC and oil & gas industries, your application is welcomed.
