Role - DGM - Production (Manufacturing Plant)

Job Context:

• To make sure goods are produced safely, cost-effectively and on time and that they meet the required quality standards. Plan and draw up a production schedule.

Challenges:

• Improvement of Line productivity and Production productivity. (Maximum utilisation of Manpower).
• Improvement of raw material & Packaging Yield. (Concentrate, preform, Crown/closer, label).
• Ensure availability of raw materials, packaging materials before planning.
• Ensure product availability.

• To set the production target

  Overall responsibility for all production activities. Watch over the production process and coming up with a production schedule. Identify improvement projects, getting approval & executing the same

• To prepare corrective action & preventive action plan for the production non-conformities

  - Making sure the production is cost effective. Supervise the production processes and regulate schedules as per requirement. Evaluating the performance of people working under them. Keeping the team motivated. Implementing the organizations goals and policies along with the managers. Setting healthy and safe guidelines and making sure they are followed stringently. They make sure that the services and goods are made efficiently and they also ensure that the quantity, quality and price are right.

• Desirable experience:

  Production & Process Knowledge of beverages Industry benchmarking methodology and other experiences are an advantage.
