Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of MEP works including
Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, ELV, and STP/WTP systems
.
Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Ensure MEP works are executed as per approved drawings, timelines, and quality standards.
Coordinate MEP activities with civil, architectural, and finishing teams to avoid clashes and delays.
Prepare and monitor MEP execution schedules in line with overall project plans.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and authorities for smooth execution.
Conduct regular site reviews, progress meetings, and resolve technical issues.
Monitor MEP budgets, control costs, and optimize resources without compromising quality.
Verify contractor bills, extra items, deviations, and rate analysis.
Assist in finalization of MEP contracts, negotiations, and vendor selection.
Ensure proper documentation such as O&M manuals, as-built drawings, warranties, and certifications.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC & ELV systems
Project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management
Cost control, contracts, and vendor management
Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Preferred candidate profile

BE / BTech / Diploma
in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
1520 years
of experience in MEP execution for real estate projects
Experience in
residential, commercial
preferred
