Job Description

The role requires engaging operational partners to understand business challenges and drive operational excellence while ensuring effective employee experience. Your primary focus will be on managing HR Operational transactions with high quality and within SLA, as well as consistently improving processes through automations. You will provide additional support and guidance to HR Administrators on HR Processes to resolve employee requests, offering advice on complex matters within established procedures. Ensuring SOPs are created and updated for all department processes will be a key responsibility, alongside managing task and resource allocation to meet service delivery targets. Collaborating with the Quality manager to review and implement the quality framework, you will be accountable for supporting audit requirements. As the point of contact for escalations from the Local market, you will conduct root cause analyses, provide resolutions, and implement corrective actions to prevent re-occurrences. Additionally, you will work closely with the Hub lead on future Transformation/Transition plans, represent AskHR on impactful initiatives, and lead the HR Services team members in setting objectives and targets for performance and career development. Promoting team engagement activities, ensuring appropriate staffing, driving continuous improvement ideas, and adhering to data privacy norms are among your core responsibilities. Key Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience: - Excellent Communication skills - Customer Centric approach - People Management Experience - Senior Stakeholder Management experience - Extensive Knowledge of WPA administration - Understanding of the employee life cycle end to end - Strong relationship management, negotiating, and influencing skills - Experience in process Improvement & implementation Experience: 10-15 years Location: Pune Minimum Qualifications: - Graduate - Master's Degree (Preferred) - Delivery background (Preferred) - Good understanding of SuccessFactor and interfaces with other systems,
