Deputy General Manager-HRBP Service Line Lead

Role Overview: You will be accountable for shaping and driving future-fit HRBP service excellence as per KPIs, budget, and service schedule. Your responsibilities will include promoting a CSO-led service model, ensuring quality assurance, managing issues, driving service outcomes, and governance. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the P*Q led P/L with value-adding and commercially viable services. Your role will involve influencing stakeholders to support blue ocean transfer opportunities, empowering the team for continuous improvement, and accelerating SAP & enterprise platform adoption to scale market footprint and service portfolio. Building and nurturing relationships with partners to choose VOIS as a trusted service provider and enhancing partner satisfaction will also be key aspects of your role. Furthermore, you will support CFSL line of leadership to meet VOIS priorities and align the team accordingly. Partnering with cross-functional market and VOIS teams to achieve desired outcomes will be an essential part of your responsibilities. Your role will require strong HR knowledge, business acumen, and a solid understanding of services to optimize delivery and mitigate operational risks. You will need to influence stakeholders and demonstrate customer obsession through consultative selling. Effective communication verbal, written, and through executive presentations will also be crucial in this role.
