Deputy General Manager (DGM) - AI

DGM – AI Lab

We’re looking for people who have:

• Designed

  end-to-end GenAI solutions

  (RAG, summarisation, GPT-based tools)
• Shipped projects that are

  live in production

• Played a key role in delivery (not just oversight)
• Tracked

  quantifiable business or process impact

What You’ll Do

• Build and ship AI/GenAI use cases across ops, sales, finance, and CX
• Translate open-ended business problems into LLM or ML architectures
• Work with business heads and engineers to define, validate, and deploy
• Track value delivery (cost/time/revenue impact) and scale adoption
• Stay hands-on enough to architect and lead conversations, but also influence horizontally

You Are:

• 7–12 years of experience in AI/ML/GenAI roles (delivery, product, or platform)
• Someone who has led teams

  and

  worked with CXOs or functional leaders
• Able to explain not just the “what” of AI projects, but also the “so what”
• Hands-on or deeply conversant with LangChain, RAG, prompt design, OpenAI, Whisper, etc.
