Deputy General Manager Costing

Role & responsibilities

1. Profit & Loss Analysis - Costing vs. Accounts reconciliation.

2. Value & Raw Material In-Out Ratio Analysis - From Excise Points of View.

3. Pricing-Export Marketing (All Products)

4. Pricing & Negotiation - Domestic Marketing (All Products)

5. Compliance of Costing Records

6. Budget Planning, Control, Analysis

7. TS Audit Related Work

8. Inter Unit Transfer Pricing - Finished, Raw Material, Steam etc.

9. Port data analysis

10. Any other Work as & when given by Management

11. Butyl, NR etc.. strategic purchase

12. Agreement with OEM related work - With TCG & MG

13. Product wise Costing Analysis

14. Marketing Individual employee - Review Sheets

15. Size wise Cost sheet - Currently not done but to develop

16. Regular visit to plant to check various standard parameters and finding out reasons for deviation. Weekly frequency would be, Viramgam Two units twice, Vatva Unit once and Greenfield once (In Future)

17. Budget Control:

a. Shall work as the leader for implementing, fixing, monitoring, controlling and evaluating Budget for all the departments of all the group companies

b. To develop, implement and supervise control system to ensure budget is maintained and controlled

c. To present on monthly basis Budget variance report

Finance:

18. Day to day routine work

19. Updating and consolidating various data from Plant related to operational parameters

20. Updating and consolidating information related to Peers

MIS Analysis & Control:

a. Presenting to Management consolidated MIS on

weekly/fortnightly/monthly/quarterly/yearly basis for facilitating business decisions.

b. Presenting deviations against Standard by way of MIS

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 15 yrs of experience
• Fluent English Communication
• Good command of MS Office
• SAP Experience is must
