Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Deputy Cluster Manager Sales to lead and manage the SME Secured Business Loan portfolio. The role involves driving sales performance, managing a team, ensuring quality sourcing, and achieving business targets across assigned clusters.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end sales for Secured Business Loans (LAP/SME) in the assigned cluster.
Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Officers.
Drive customer acquisition, cross-selling, and achievement of monthly and quarterly business targets.
Build and maintain strong DSA / connector / channel partner network for quality sourcing.
Ensure credit quality, documentation accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate closely with Credit, Operations, and Collections teams for smooth processing.
Monitor market trends, competition activities, and portfolio health for proactive decision-making.
Conduct regular training, review meetings, and performance evaluations of team members.
Handle escalations, manage customer relationships, and ensure high service standards.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate with 12 to 15 years of experience in SME/LAP/Secured Business Loan sales.
Proven experience in managing team targets and cluster-level operations.
Strong understanding of secured lending, underwriting basics, and local market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent business results.
Familiar with DSA networks and SME customer segments.
