Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Governance and Process Improvement

  • Establish and enforce delivery governance to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across engagements
  • Apply ITIL-based practices across the full service lifecycle from service design to transition and operations
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions to improve delivery quality
  • Influence delivery teams to adopt and adhere to the Delivery Excellence and quality frameworks
  • Perform complex contract reviews and identify delivery or compliance gaps

Risk Management and Compliance

  • Facilitate adherence to enterprise Risk Management frameworks
  • Identify and govern delivery, operational, and security risks including patching and vulnerability management
  • Communicate risks to leadership and collaborate with delivery teams on mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements

Metrics and Reporting

  • Define, track, and analyze delivery success metrics and KPIs
  • Monitor Service Level Agreements and perform root cause analysis for SLA breaches
  • Prepare and present dashboards, reports, and performance insights to stakeholders

Assessments and Audits

  • Plan and execute ITIL framework-based assessments across processes such as incident, problem, change, release, event, availability, configuration, and capacity management
  • Drive and monitor ISO 20000 compliance and internal quality assessments
  • Act as an interface between auditors and delivery teams
  • Document audit findings and guide teams in closing non-conformities from internal and external audits

Continuous Improvement and Innovation

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and innovation
  • Promote adoption of industry best practices and modern IT and cloud delivery models
  • Lead training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
  • Identify improvement opportunities using data analytics and quality tools such as FMEA and Pareto analysis

Project Performance Management

  • Track project progress and monitor KPIs across infrastructure programs
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality benchmarks
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned to improve future delivery

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with delivery leads, project managers, and technical teams to align on business and delivery goals
  • Act as a liaison between delivery teams and senior leadership, providing regular health and risk updates
  • Engage with clients and senior stakeholders to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
