About The Role

Project Role :Deployment Lead

Project Role Description :Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary:Seeking a forward-thinking professional with an AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks that drive innovation, efficiency, and business transformation.As a Deployment Lead, you will plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan. A typical day involves coordinating with various project teams, managing schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensuring that all deployment-related activities are aligned. You will also monitor progress and control metrics to ensure successful deployment outcomes.Roles & Responsibilities:Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Facilitate training sessions to ensure all team members are equipped with necessary knowledge and skills.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to deployment processes.Professional & Technical
Skills:

Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.-Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization.

Must To Have
Skills:

Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies.

Experience with stakeholder engagement and communication.

Ability to analyze and interpret deployment metrics effectively.

Familiarity with change management principles.
Additional Information:The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
