Deployment Executive

Job description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and field-savvy Deployment Executive to oversee the execution and physical deployment of OOH advertising campaigns. This will include the coordination of ideal candidate with vendors, media owners, printers, fabricators, field teams, and internal project managers to ensure that installations are done correctly, on schedule, and with high quality. The role involves frequent site visits, documentation, troubleshooting, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise the installation and removal of OOH campaign materials.
• Conduct site surveys and pre-installation checks to ensure media readiness.
• Liaise with vendors, media owners, fabricators, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
• Ensure brand guidelines and quality standards are strictly followed during deployment.
• Capture proof of execution (PoE) with timestamped photos, media codes, and campaign details.
• Maintain deployment trackers and share daily/weekly status reports.
• Ensure safety compliance during installations, including use of PPE and approved methods.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-ground issues such as access restrictions, weather delays, or structure problems.
• Verify and assist in validating vendor invoices against completed deployments.

• Strong field management and coordination skills
• Excellent time management and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently under pressure and in outdoor conditions
• Basic knowledge of OOH media formats, printing materials, and installation processes
• Familiarity with smartphones, GPS, Google Drive, and photo apps

Qualifications Required:

• · Minimum High school diploma or technical training
• · Bachelor’s degree in Media, Advertising, Logistics, or related field
• · Experience with OOH vendors, rigging teams, or signage is a plus

Work Environment:

• 70–80% field work (within city or regional zones)
• 20–30% office-based (for planning and reporting)
• Must be open to working during early mornings, late evenings, weekends, or tight deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
