Deployment and Integration Lead

As a Deployment and Integration Lead, you will play a crucial role in the telecom industry with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience. Your strong Telecom (Radio, CORE) background and in-depth knowledge of EMS / NMS as per NMS TEC-GR will be essential for success in this role. Your responsibilities will include hands-on technical understanding of Telecom EMS / NMS / OSS layers and functionalities, along with expertise in Telecom roll-out processes across PAN India. Additionally, your technical architectural knowledge for NMS systems for large-scale NEs and NMS EMS NEs integration capabilities will be highly valuable. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with customers for user acceptance and validation testing - Lead technical deployment activities - Manage team interactions and collaborate with the Product team to align customer business requirements with technical solutions - Implement ITIL processes for efficient project delivery - Oversee application roll-out and lifecycle management until customer acceptance Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of EMS / NMS as per NMS TEC-GR - Proficiency in ITIL processes In our hiring process, you will go through screening rounds, technical evaluations, and final HR discussions before joining our dynamic team.
