Deployment and Integration Lead

As a Deployment and Integration Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the deployment and integration of telecom systems, specifically focusing on Radio and Core technologies. Your strong background in Telecom, combined with hands-on experience in Telecom EMS/NMS/OSS layers, will be crucial for the successful rollout of projects at a PAN India level. Your role will involve technical architectural planning for NMS systems, integration of EMS/NEs, customer engagement, and end-to-end project monitoring. Additionally, you will be involved in application roll-outs and ensuring customer acceptance. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the Technical Deployment Lead, ensuring smooth implementation of telecom systems. - Engage with customers for user acceptance testing and validation. - Manage a team and collaborate with the Product team to align customer business requirements with technical specifications. Qualifications Required: - 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in Telecom with a focus on Radio and Core technologies. - Strong knowledge of EMS/NMS as per NMS TEC-GR standards. - Familiarity with ITIL processes.
