As an experienced professional in the Apparel Retail Business, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the retail store operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing staff: This involves recruiting, training, supervising, and appraising staff to ensure a high level of performance and customer service. - Managing budgets: You will be in charge of managing budgets, allocating responsibilities to staff, and ensuring financial records are maintained accurately. - Maintaining stock: Making key decisions about stock control, managing stock levels, and ensuring optimal inventory management. - Managing sales: Analyzing sales figures, forecasting future sales, and setting and meeting sales targets to drive business growth. - Managing quality: Ensuring that standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are consistently met. - Managing promotions: Developing promotional materials and displays to attract customers and increase sales. - Managing inventory: Overseeing inventory levels and implementing effective purchasing plans to maintain stock availability. - Managing operations: Organizing store operations, coordinating procedures, and enforcing operational standards. - Managing customer relations: Addressing customer queries and complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. - Maintaining the store's reputation: Complying with legal requirements and strategizing marketing changes to uphold the store's reputation and competitiveness.
