Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal/external appointments.
  • Handle travel plan in coordination with Admin.

Department Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between the Head of Engineering and cross-functional teams, including Product, Operations, and HR.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for leadership meetings, engineering reviews, and technical planning sessions.
  • Track and follow up on project deadlines, key initiatives, and deliverables.

Communication & Information Management

  • Draft and proofread communications, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Head of Engineering.
  • Maintain department Organization chart.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files related to engineering operations.

Operational & Strategic Support

  • Assist in onboarding new engineering hires and support team engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor engineering team metrics or dashboards and provide insights when necessary.

Preferred candidate profile

6-8 years of experience in assisting department head and coordinating for all the department activities.
