Role Overview: As a Data Entry Operator (DEO) at our warehouse in Farrukhnagar, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing data entry tasks and supporting warehouse operations. Your primary responsibilities will include performing accurate data entry in SAP software, generating and updating records, invoices, and reports, coordinating with warehouse and operations teams, drafting professional emails, handling data verification, and resolving data discrepancies promptly. Key Responsibilities: - Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks in SAP software. - Generate, maintain, and update records, invoices, and reports in the system. - Coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams for data accuracy and workflow alignment. - Draft professional emails and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - Handle data verification and ensure compliance with company standards. - Identify and resolve data discrepancies promptly. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2+ years of experience in data entry roles, preferably in warehouse operations. - Proficiency in SAP software. - Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. - Excellent verbal and written communication in English. - Strong email drafting skills. - High attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to urgent requirements. - Must be able to join immediately.
