Dental Billing Expert

As a Dental Claims Processor, your role will involve managing and processing dental insurance claims accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for ensuring timely submission and follow-up of claims to minimize denials or rejections. Your duties will also include coordinating with dental offices, insurance companies, and patients for billing clarifications while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and complying with HIPAA standards. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Dental Billing / Dental Claims Processing. - Proficiency in Open Dental Software is mandatory. - Strong knowledge of Medicaid (DentaQuest) billing procedures. - Excellent communication and analytical skills. - Willingness to work in night shifts (US hours). - Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
