Job Title: Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) to join our culinary team at Bounce, Bangalore (Orion Mall, Rajaji Nagar). The role involves supporting the Chef de Partie in managing a section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene while supervising junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chef de Partie in running a specific kitchen section (hot, cold, or pastry).
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes consistently to company standards.
• Supervise and train Commis chefs in your section.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Monitor stock control, portioning, and minimize wastage.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Contribute ideas for menu improvements and new dishes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Demi CDP or senior Commis in a professional kitchen.
• Strong culinary skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Education & Experience:

• Diploma/Certification in Culinary Arts or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant kitchen experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
