Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) with hands-on experience in Italian or Continental cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:1. Food Preparation & Cooking

  • Prepare and cook dishes specific to Italian or Continental cuisine as per restaurant standards.
  • Assist the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations and mise-en-place.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation for all assigned dishes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as Commis 1 / DCDP in Italian or Continental cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of pastas, pizzas, sauces, grills, salads, and continental preparations.
  • Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and with focus during high-volume operations.
  • Good understanding of kitchen tools, equipment, and cooking techniques.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, time management, and discipline.
