Job Description

In this role you will play a key role in:

Project Management, Client Management, Have Strong Expertise to Drive Transformation projects, Change Management, People Management Exposure, Strong believer & Practitioner of Lean Concepts
Leading S&OP meetings, Baseline forecasts management, finalizing Consensus demand plans.
Driving the stakeholder meetings from the demand perspective to highlight the forecast deviations and other forecast related challenges for the corrective actions and quicker solutions for the accurate forecasts.
Integrating market data, Gathering and collecting data to monitor and report essential changes to sales forecasts, business strategies, and budgets.
Organizing and preparing data, analysing sales data to generate accurate forecasts of future demand, which are essential for effective inventory management.
Forecasting and making predictions based on collected data, reconciling bottom-up and top-down forecasts and developing a final forecast.
Continuously review and make adjustments to maintain accuracy and relevance.
Excess & obsolescence optimization.
Demand planning at different levels of aggregation & disaggregations, Statistical forecasting, product Phase-in / Phase-out management.
Using analytics to monitor product performance.
Supporting other functions like supply planning, market planning, material planning on the queries related to forecasts and other supply chain requirements for the seamless operations.

Production Planning (PP)
Production Planning & Material Control (PPMC)
Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
Supply Planning (SP) High Proficiency in Excel, MS Office
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) – End user or developer.
Expertise and Understanding of Concepts of Advanced Planning Optimizers like Kinaxis, SAP APO, O9, E2Open, Oracle, JDA etc., - End user.
Expertise in Handling ERP's such as SAP, BAAN, Oracle, Infor XA, MS Dynamics AX etc., - End User.

Technical Skills:

High Proficiency in Excel, MS Office
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) – End user or developer.
Expertise and Understanding of Concepts of Advanced Planning Optimizers like Kinaxis, SAP APO, O9, E2Open, Oracle, JDA etc., - End user.
