Job Description: As a Bike Rider/Delivery Boy, your role involves delivering products to customers safely and on time. You will be responsible for ensuring that the package is handled with care and delivered in good condition. Planning efficient routes using maps or navigation tools is crucial to your daily tasks. It is essential to communicate with customers in a polite and professional manner and report any issues or delays to the supervisor or dispatch team promptly. Additionally, maintaining the bike in good working condition and reporting any faults immediately is part of your responsibilities. Qualification Required: To qualify for this position, you need to have a valid Two-Wheeler Driving License. It is necessary to either own a bike or use the company-provided bike on rent. A minimum of 10th pass or equivalent education is required. Basic knowledge of using smartphones and map applications is preferred. You must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Good communication and customer service skills are essential for this role. Moreover, being physically fit and comfortable with fieldwork is important for successfully carrying out your duties.,
